What is your Returns Policy?

Before you do anything, make sure you read the relevant bits including, "the Postage bit" below which is pretty important. Oh yes, its quite boring, but oh-so-important.

Dont want them after all?

No problem, we really do understand. Within ten days you are welcome to return your purchase (unopened and in original packaging)  no questions asked. After that, we reserve the right to refuse opened goods, so do email us first in that case. If we do take them back we will charge you a restocking fee of £5 or 5% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greatest, naturally.

Please note that opened or used headphones cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations, and that we reserve the right not to accept unwanted items that we have reason to believe have been used.

Faulty goods? Ouch!

These things can happen. If you receive your order and an item is faulty, well we are sorry, but you wont be. Within 10 days of receipt simply contact us and send them back to us with a note explaining that they are faulty, and we will send you new ones.

The Postage Bit

When sending something back to us, please download our returns form first, print it and fill it out. Use a trackable method of delivery (carrier pigeons do not count, unless they provide receipts) since we cannot be responsible for goods that dont arrive. That should be fairly obvious, but we wanted to make sure you were aware of that. The cost of postage in most cases is going to be your responsibility, there are exceptions, but if you are unsure please email us.
